A South Carolina state employee of 7 years, Ashley has dedicated her career to serving and protecting the environment for South Carolinians. With a background in geology, hydrology, and sedimentology, she brings deep scientific expertise to every project — ensuring our work is not only beautiful, but environmentally sound and built to endure.
Chuck Pritchett
An active Greenville County firefighter of 20 years, Chuck leads our daily field operations with the same focus, precision, and commitment to community he brings to the firehouse. With over two decades of hands-on landscape and grading experience, every project is executed safely and to the highest standard.
Together, Ashley and Chuck built Iron Lungs from the ground up — combining scientific knowledge, field expertise, and a deep commitment to Upstate SC. Before launching Iron Lungs in 2024, they spent over two decades mastering their craft.
